Kashif Syed is a founding director and managing of Arista and has led teams on a diverse range of projects, including City Center Master Plans, High Profile Office Developments, Office Campus Schemes and Residential Buildings in all sectors.

Having Studied Architecture at Kingston University, Kashif worked for some of the leading architecture companies in London. He worked for over ten years on a broad range of Commercial and residential Projects for both developers and owner occupiers. Kashif’s experience of developing mix use buildings is extensive. Ranging from large scale urban regeneration developments in High Wycombe, mix use schemes in Sutton, Croydon.

Kashif residential expertise extends to one off apartments, Contempory, Modern Houses, High End Apartments at One Hyde Park, Knightsbridge through to Heritage & Social housing schemes, which all Sustainable Energy & State of the Technology.
